1- Farm Bureau has a gap in membership, this is because of not having high numbers of members straight out of high school. Due to this Farm Bureau has created #FFA2YFR. What are ways that you see Idaho’s YF&R program as a desirable program for your future and what are programs or activities that could be implemented to help increase membership and participation in the YF&R Program?
2- Producer's profit margins do not reflect actual production costs to be sustainable. How can we bridge the gap between what consumers want and are willing to pay for and what producers can produce at a sustainable price?
3- Throughout Idaho, agricultural land is being taken out of production and used for commercial and housing developments. What are ways we can prevent losing prime farmland while also protecting personal property rights?
4- What more can be done to ensure the entrance of beginning farmers into the industry without hindering the possible growth of existing operations?
