UI Extension to host farm marketing workshop

MOSCOW, Idaho – University of Idaho Extension is hosting a four-part marketing workshop series to help food producers amplify their message, connect with customers and grow their farm business.

The workshop series includes four Saturday class sessions scheduled for 10-11:30 a.m. (MST) on Feb. 4, Feb. 11, Feb. 18 and Feb. 25. It also includes four Wednesday group coaching sessions scheduled for 6:30-8 p.m. (MST) on Feb. 8, Feb. 15, Feb. 22 and March 1.

The series covers key marketing strategies including messaging, social media, websites and email.

Participants will create a personalized marketing strategy to grow their farm business. They will also assess their current marketing efforts, examine new strategies and adapt those strategies to fit their business.

Cost of participating is $75.
