Potato prices trending up
Potato market prices have been flat—but that could change soon:
Corn futures opens the Tuesday session with most contracts steady to fractionally lower. March corn futures in Chicago starts up at $3.79, down a cent.
Wheat futures open with most contracts steady to 3 cents lower. CBOT Wheat opens at $5.18 down two cents.
Live cattle futures open Tuesday with most contracts 20 cents higher. Feeder cattle futures are up 10. The CME feeder cattle index is up 28 cents. Wholesale boxed beef prices are mixed. Choice boxes are up 39 cents, with Select 42 cents lower at $211.61.
