Livestock producers struggle with extreme weather
Livestock producers dealing with extreme cold and snow conditions in winter face challenges in providing adequate water supplies for their animals.
Corn futures opens with pressure from the rest of the grain complex, showing losses of 2 to 4 cents in most contracts. Corn opens up in CBOT $3.74 down 4 cents.
Wheat futures open the Friday session with most winter wheat contracts 10 cents lower. MPLS is down 5 cents.CBOT Wheat opens at $5.07 down 14 cents. That's the biggest single drop of the year.
