El Nino builds, snowpacks below normal
Despite storms and rainfall Idaho and the Intermountain West is below normal snowpack levels..a building El Nino pattern is to blame:
Corn futures are trading 4 cents higher this morning. March corn futures in Chicago starts up at $3.79, up 5 cents.
Wheat futures are posting 5 cent gains in most contracts, with KC HRW leading the way. March CBOT opens at 5.20 up 8 cents.
