A Farmer's Story of Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and Hope
Fred Kaufman is the last person to ask to be in front of a camera or on social media, but he offered to tell his story if it helps others dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. Fred is a lifetime farmer who was never afraid of hard work until things started to change one day.
His son, Jeff, also shares how the next generation can learn from these events, address anxiety in stressful occupations, and remove the stigma of getting help.
