Matt Dorsey was elected and has served as a director of the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since December 2018. Matt produces organic corn, small grains, hay, with a feedlot. Matt and his wife, Kristie, enjoy their three children and reside in Canyon County.

Doug Barrie was elected Vice President of the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation in December 2025. A 4th-generation producer from Bonneville County, Doug and his family operate Barrie Farms, LLC, where they raise alfalfa, corn, wheat, and barley. With over 20 years of involvement in Farm Bureau, Doug is dedicated to strengthening the voice of Idaho’s producers and protecting the property rights that are vital to our rural communities. Doug and Heather live between Idaho Falls and Rigby and love to spend time with their four children and two grandchildren.

Kyle Wade lives in Downey, Idaho where he has a custom grazing, feeding, and calving operation with his wife, Jessica and their son.  Kyle loves the outdoors, where he enjoys riding horses, roping, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and camping. He has been involved in Farm Bureau since 2010, starting out as the County YF&R Chair.  Through the last 14 years, Kyle has served this great organization at the district, state, and county levels. He and his wife also served on the National YF&R Committee 2021-2023. 

Raised in a farming family, Jason always dreamed of being a cowboy. On his farm in southern Idaho, Double F, he raises forage crops, alfalfa, wheat, beef cattle and horses. He serves on the Idaho Farm Bureau board of directors and as chair of the Farm Service Agency board in Franklin County, Idaho, in addition to holding a seat on the local water board. Jason has served as the president of Franklin County Farm Bureau and was active in YF&R. Jason participated in the PAL-Partners in Advocacy Leadership Program through American Farm Bureau.

Kimberly is married to a fourth-generation farmer. Even though she was born in Southern California, she has spent the last 37 years loving the rural life in Franklin, Idaho. They raise hay, corn, wheat and cattle. They raised their five children working on the farm and feel blessed to have all their children living close by, except their youngest which is serving a mission in Brazil. Kimberly attended USU and graduated with a degree in Finance, along with minors in Economics and French. Her roots with Farm Bureau go way back, where she served on the YF & R Idaho and American committees and was a final four competitor in the Discussion Meet. She feels honored to be serving the state of Idaho again. 

Travis McAffee was elected and has served as a director on the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since 2017. Travis and his wife, Paige, enjoy their children and reside in Butte County.

Alan is a fifth-generation farmer from Menan, Idaho, carrying on a family tradition. After growing up on the farm, he attended BYU–Idaho and studied Welding Engineering. Today, Alan runs Clark Farms alongside his dad and brother, where they grow malt barley, alfalfa, and wheat, and raise about 500 head of beef cattle. He has a passion for farming, and one of his greatest joys is working alongside his wife, Sara, and their four daughters—teaching them to love agriculture and understand the importance of hard work.

Rick Pearson was elected and has served as a director to the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since 2001. Rick produces alfalfa, silage corn, grain corn, wheat, barley, and dry beans. Rick and his wife, Susan, enjoy their daughter, Emily, and reside in Twin Falls County.

From the far reaches of Cassia County, back in the Oakley foothills, out where the deer and buffalo roam, you’ll find this cattleman.

“Like so many in agriculture, I always wanted to play Cowboy,” said Oakley rancher Paul Marchant.

Paul Marchant grew up the cowboy way. He runs cattle, grows hay, and even coaches some basketball.

He majored in Animal Science at BYU, minored in German. He has run ranches in Nevada, Southern Utah, and here in Idaho.

And Paul’s no stranger to Farm Bureau, spending 20 years on the County Board. 

Cody Chandler was elected and has served as a director of the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since 2011. Cody produces alfalfa, beef, sheep, and horses. Cody and his wife, Britney, enjoy their four children and reside in Washington County.

Marjorie French was elected and has served as a director of the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since 1998.  Marjorie produces timber, hay and owns land in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP).  Marjorie enjoys her three children and grandchildren, and she resides in Latah County.

Tom Daniel was elected and has served as a director of the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since 2012. Tom produces alfalfa and grass hay, winter and spring wheat, canola, peas, and beans. Tom and his wife, Sandy, enjoy their three children and reside in Boundary County.

Tom Mosmon was elected and has served as a director of the Idaho Farm Bureau State Board since 2018. Tom produces wheat, bluegrass, hay, barley, garbanzo beans, and cattle. Tom and his wife, Jacky, enjoy their three children and 11 grandchildren and reside in Lewis County.
