Bryan Searle was elected president of Idaho Farm Bureau Federation in 2015. He previously served as a director on the IFBF State Board from 1991-2015. President Searle and his wife, Mary, own and operate a farm where they produce potatoes, grain, and hay. They also partner with Grain Brokerage Co. Bryan and Mary enjoy their five children and 12 grandchildren.
Bryan was born on his family’s farm in Shelley, Idaho, where he and his five sisters and brother worked with dairy and beef cows as well as potatoes and other row crops. He has been active in many organizations throughout his life, including 4-H and FFA, where he served as a chapter president and sentinel for the district. He also was highly involved in the local and state Idaho Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Ranch Program. The Searles have crossed the state, country, and world for the betterment of agriculture.
