Lau Family Farm: #stillfarming
Soda Springs--Lau Farms out of Soda Springs is still farming despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Lori Anne Lau spends a few days a week scheduling and making deliveries of lamb and beef. The big difference in 2020, are the numerous precautions needed to make a safe delivery. With shortages in supermarkets, direct marketing of beef has been successful for the Soda Springs farm operation.
