Just Two Cowboys
Dateline: Boise Idaho. Owyhee county cattlemen Tim Lowry and Paul Nettleton were guest speakers at the annual Ada County Farm Bureau Banquet held this week in Boise. The two ranchers reflected on their ten year legal battle over stock water rights with the federal government. In 2007 the Idaho Supreme Court ruled in favor of the cattlemen but the victory came at a very high cost.
