Sheep Cheese in Salmon, Idaho

Randal and Carol Stoker fell in love with sheep cheese during a trip to Italy almost 20 years ago. Curiosity led them on a journey to raise sheep in Salmon, Idaho, and figure out how to milk and process hand-made artisan cheese from their flock. Thanks to others and tutorials on YouTube, the two of them spend a portion of their "semi-retirement" years making sheep cheese for people all over.
