Snowpack improving but below normal
Despite a steady dose of storms this winter, snowpack levels are just 70 percent of normal.
Corn futures open the Friday session with most contracts 1 to 2 cents lower.March corn futures in Chicago starts up at $3.77, down 1cent.
Wheat futures open with 3 cent losses in winter wheat most contracts, with MPLS fractionally mixed. CBOT Wheat opens at 5.21 down 4 cents.
