Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue says the President will not accept any agreement with China that would be just an agreement in name only.

Row crop producers wishing to enroll in either of USDA's Farm Bill farm safety net programs for the next crop year can now do so at their local Farm Service Agency office.
