State Chairman's Report

Chris and Kimmel Dalley live on a ranch in the Big Desert of Bingham County where they run a yearling operation. They also have a small trucking business and haul cattle in several of the Western states. The Dalleys have three beautiful little girls: Naomi (9), Quinci (7) and Saydi (3) all love living and working on the ranch.

Chris and Kimmel have been involved in the YF&R program for several years. Before being elected as the state chairman, Chris and Kimmel were District 1 chairman and won the state achiever award and represented Idaho at the national competition.

Incoming chairman Chris and Kimmel Dalley congratulate outgoing state chairman Mark and Cheryl Harris on a job well done at the YF&R convention in Burley.

They enjoy meeting other young couples that are plowing the same road in the farming and ranching business. They also see how important the Farm Bureau is in the policy process and enjoy being a part of activities that shape policy in the governmental process.
